How To Set-Up On The System

Learn how to set up your therapist account on the system. This will allow you to update and change your availability, reschedule sessions and customise your details.

 

First of all, we know it looks intimidating – it’s really not. There are only 2 tabs that you need to click. Here we are going to explain everything.

Make sure to have sound on

IMPORTANT

  • If you feel you are not fit to accept a client for what ever reason – Please email us martin@heatherwellbeing.com soon as possible and we will be able to change provider.
  • Make sure you enter your correct contact details to receive notifications when somebody books a time.
  • If you’re adding availability from ‘advanced’ settings then please note that last hour is the last hour somebody is able to book. (if you want to stop work at 7PM then last box clicked should be 6PM) Only applies to advanced schedule boxes not sliders.
  • When you’re finished click ‘Display provider on the booking page’

You can check by going to our book page then find your profile and see if all times are correct.

If you can’t find your profile you likely havent enabled the button which can be found on ‘Manage’—> Service Provider–>Click on your name–>’Display provider on booking page’and then you will appear on the booking page.

This happens when your link expires, your username still works, just go to heathertherapy.secure.simplybook.it type in your username and the password: test (just the word test) and you should be logged in. Make sure to go into the ‘Welcome’ tab and then click ‘change password’ for a more secure password.

If you have set your password, you will now have to go to heathertherapy.secure.simplybook.it enter your password and username to log in.

If the link in your email hasn’t expired you can click that and reset it, if it has expired then send a quick message to martin@heatherwellbeing.com to get it reset in no time.

Go to ‘Time Settings’ on the left-hand menu, then click ‘Providers Schedule’. Deselect all times that you are not available to work with clients.

If you scroll down from the section with sliders you will be able to see ‘show advanced settings’ click that. Please note that the last ticked box will be +1 hour (if you want to stop working at 8PM then make sure the last box ticked is 7PM)

This setting does not apply to you, we only have 1 service so just ignore that.

But it would be nice to have

Once your profile is finished, schedule set, then enable this and you will be displayed and people will be able to book the times you have provided.

It works in 2 ways:
Clients can book by time where every therapists available times get compiled into one calendar and if they pick a time let’s say 6PM, and 10 therapists are available at that time so the programme will choose one at random.

Or people can find your profile click on your individual schedule to book a time.

You will receive an email and SMS message with information about the booking, and you will receive a reminder 2 hours before the session
